2012 - Patek Philippe announced a new World Time watch at BaselWorld 2012, the Ref. 5130/1G-010 in white gold. While the previous versions came with leather straps, this new version features a 18K White Gold bracelet and a white dial with a grey guilloche center. The dial is carefully designed & superbly legible despite the complications.
Patek's World Time watches features a rotating ring with the names of 24 cities inscribed on it.
A second rotating ring has 24-hour markers. 
This is used to display time in 24 different time zones.
Local time is told by a standard hour and minute hand.
Mechanically it has a self-winding movement.
The Patek Philippe World Time has the automatic Caliber 240 HU self-winding movement.
This movement is coveted for the elegance of it's layout and it's extremely compact design.
The Caliber 240 HU is comprised of 239 individual parts and features 22K gold mini rotor. 
It has been awarded the Geneva Seal.
Water resistance to 30 meters / 100 feet.
